Terms and Conditions :

  • If the denture has not inserted for 1 week, it's not our responsibility, and to manufacture a new one, will be charged 50%.
  • Precious Metal Prices and Semi precious adapted to the prevailing gold selling-price. Cancellation of work already done will be charged by 50%.
  • Requesting to change the color / shape of the teeth out of prescription/order will be charged 50% of the initial order.
  • If the work do Remake and the old crown is not returned, it will be considered as a new job and new charge.
  • Category remake which not causing by Lab , including:
        - request for change
        - Damaged / lost in the clinic
        - Re prepared tooth
        - Max Remake 2 times in the same case
  • For urgent requests an additional charge of 25% of the total cost is required.
  • Orders shipping outside the city imposed.
  • For payments,  15 days after the job is accepted.
  • To avoid mistakes, please confirm the price, tools and materials for lab work.
